Petter Johnsen and I spent some time on snow together a few weeks ago in Utah at the 2009 SupeFly Open held at Powder Mountain. Petter is one of the newest additions to the LF family but has been rapidly making a name for himself over the past few years in the global snowkite scene.
The event at Powder Mountain was a blast this year! We had sunshine and wind for most of the event and had a great crew of people join us for the week. LF team manager Gregg "Tekko" Gnecco did a killer job getting the huge LF tent and all the necessary gear to Utah for us to ride.
When it was all said and done Petter took 1st place in the freestyle and I took 3rd. Congrats goes out to Jake from Best for 2nd place as well!
