Liquid Force Kiteboarding of Encinitas, CA is proud to welcome Santa Cruz native and pro surfer Josh Mulcoy to the 2009 LF Kiteboarding Team and Liquid Force Family. Well known on the California coast and around the world for his surfing with and without a kite, Josh joins a team of riders and designers committed to producing the top performance kite-surf products in the industry.
